I remember asking my dad as a child why they called them democrat bugs, His answer was "Because they are good for nothing and too many show up just when you don't want them".

I don't know if this was his witticism or if he got it from someone else but it made enough of an impression on me that that I think I remember his answer word for word.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1013316887660017880.post-79795514401489990902013-10-29T12:49:51.784-05:002013-10-29T12:49:51.784-05:00If you transfer them to the dryer once they are cl...If you transfer them to the dryer once they are clean, you shouldn't have much more of a problem after that.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1013316887660017880.post-16925899049439011572013-04-09T21:31:38.659-05:002013-04-09T21:31:38.659-05:00I wish I had a good answer for you. They only seem to be an issue in the fall and again in the spring. You can try spraying something like Ortho's Home Defense but I am reluctant to advise that, because chemical should always be the last resort because of all the beneficial insects that will also be killed.Shelly Coxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18367843308248195970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1013316887660017880.post-69043565690029533182013-04-09T20:16:20.488-05:002013-04-09T20:16:20.488-05:00they have become bothersome in my home over the la...they have become bothersome in my home over the last two summers. i found one in my washer. what can I do?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1013316887660017880.post-85339002129415680962012-12-28T19:45:34.431-06:002012-12-28T19:45:34.431-06:00I grew up in NE Kansas.
